This was pretty much the only carrier my first boy liked! Loved the price. However, I feel like it may be poor quality because when I tried it for my second baby boy, I realize the fabric had change shape.

I bought this a few years ago when my daughter was still a baby. I loved it. It was my go-to carrier. I agree with the previous reviewer - it could have had a bit more padding but it did the job & seemed comfortable to me. I carried my baby in it until she was about 20 lbs. She is now 3 and I actually took it out today. I was surprised that she can still be carried in it fairly comfortably at 31 lbs (I included a pic). I would definitely recommend it, especially for the price. It's held up very well despite the thinness - I believe it's well made.

I really loved it for the first 4 months! My son didn't want to go in any other baby carrier. It's perfect to carry baby while shopping or to help with colics and since it's only $30 on eBay, it totally worth it!

This is the infamous under $30.00 mei tai carrier that's been selling on ebay. I've seen many questions about it on the internet but few reviews. So here ya's go.

This is a very well made, extremely light weight traditional baby carrier. It ties on so it's fully adjustable and it is available in about 30 different fabric patterns. It's made from a nice sturdy but thin material which doesn't stretch when worn. It is a tad on the small side, but can fully support a child up to 30lbs in front or back carrying positions. I find it's great to stick in a bag or in the back of the stroller. It seems that's what most people use it for.

I, on the other hand use my palm and pond mei tai everywhere, all the time. I have since I bought it and my little dude was super little. He's now 16 months and about 24lbs and I STILL put him in it every time we go out. We love it, even if it can get a bit hard on the shoulders sometimes.

I would highly recommend taking breaks with this carrier, with any mei tai, when out and about for any length of time.

When I say it is very light weight, I mean it. This carrier doesn't offer all the crazy padding that very expensive brand names have. If that's what you're after, skip this carrier. This is the most noticeable difference and the biggest complaint I've seen by other mothers. The straps could totally stand to be wider and thicker as they kind of bunch a bit when you're wearing it an it can be a little bit hard on the back and shoulders. especially once baby gets bigger.

Overall, I find this to be a really great, economical carrier choice and I prefer this over my wrap style carriers for comfort, ease and functionality.
