loving this powder , just so nice and light and leaves a soft color on my cheeks - I also use the darker color on my eyes ( around the bone) simply cool and look awsome :)

I regularly purchase Physician's Formula mineral wear products. However, I had never tried their Mood Boosting line. When I saw this product on-sale at Shopper's Drug Mart, I decided to see how effective it is in evening out my skin. After using it for two weeks, I must say that it is light, and easy to apply, but adds a healthy glow to my skin, in addition to evening out some of the uneven areas.

For anyone who is concerned about scented products, it does have a very light violet scent. However, once applied you barely notice the smell.

I would recommend this product to anyone who is looking for a light, translucent skin power that adds a hint of shimmer.

After looking at the box I thought this product looked a little ridiculous in the claims that it would boost my mood. I mean ok, if it makes me look like a million bucks I'll be happy, but on the pretense that the scent will affect my mood? Weird. Well I've been using it for a few months, and while the smell is hardly noticeable (you'd have to stick yoiur nose right in it to smell anything), the product works great as a bronzer or blush or combo of both. I use it as a blush and it's got just a slight sparkle that brings out my cheek bones. And every time I bring it out the name makes me smile because it's so ridiculous, so yes it boosts my mood. I really do love it and will keep using it for a long time!

I bought this at my local Wal-Mart after seeing the ADORABLE packaging! How could any girly girl not love a powder made up of little pink hearts? It also was on sale and contained a $6 mail in rebate coupon - score! I love this product in the summer when I have a little tan - throw on some mascara and sweep my cheeks with the Happy Booster powder and I'm ready to go. It comes in a few different shades and I opted for Natural, which is a combination of pink and dark beige which goes perfectly with my olive skin tone. Definitely love it. Another plus is that it is lightly scented (something floral?) but does not irritate sensitive skin. Physicians Formula does make pretty nice powders.

I am going to start off by admitting that I bought this product mainly for the packaging. It is just adorable. Pretty pink hearts (different shades of pink) in a pink compact that also has it's own mirror and brush.

I bought the translucent powder and I have to say that for a 'drugstore' brand, it's pretty good. The powder is supposed to contain 'mood-boosting' ingredients and is scented (it smelled like violet to me). It applies easily-the brush that it comes with is actually appropriate to use with it (I hate when companies put cheap brushes/applicators in with their products).

To be fair, I have only used this for one day-I am not tossing any products for this but it will go into my makeup bag in my purse for touch ups. I can always use a mood boost!

*p.s. I bought this powder on sale AND there is a $6.00 rebate coupon on the front of it as well-woo hoo!*
