Polysporin is a company I trust, I have used many of their products and they have never failed on me and the Cold Sore Healing Patches are no exception to that. I would definitely recommend others to try it as well.

I have to say I was skeptical at first than I tried it and it actually helped in the healing process. I found it did not hide it like it said it would but it did heal quicker using the patch

Have found Polysporin products very good for what they are intended as well as very versatile for other uses as well... we have used the triple antibiotic as a disinfectant and healing agent as a veterinary drug for putting ear tags in lambs, as it protects the lamb from infection as well as supports healing in a very timely fashion and lamb with Polysporin on tags (similar to having your ears pierced)... healed faster and had almost no incidence of infection from the piercing.
Cold sores will cause more cold sores the long it takes them to heal... so healing a cold sore faster is important in preventing the spread of the infection further... Polysporin is our family go to for any infections or to prevent any infection from starting. : ) We keep it on hand in vehicles and often use it to protect against other skin issues such as cracked skin on hands from cold or excessive washing, to prevent further cracking and start healing immediately. It is also a good barrier to prevent infection from getting into a cut or sore. : )

During the summer my hubby is prone to cold sore due to the sun. He has tried everything to prevent it and has been unsuccessful. So when he gets a cold sore it's to the drugstore for him and the first thing he grabs is Polysporin Cold Sore. He swears by it.

I really do like this product. It really does help heal the cold sore and helps avoid any spread. Protects very well.Will be using this product more often

Extremely effective and soothing. Works really well, and is compact, and easy to use.

Product works well, but the down side for me is to take it out. It pull out the skin.

I used this product because I get cold sores often. It is a great product and works just like the suppliers say. My sore went away four days than if I didnt use it. Great product and will continue to use this product when needed.

I like it as it is effective and useful for going out because it makes the sore not so visible.

Works better than any cream or application I know for cold sores! I get them every winter, never fails and everything I have used never works (only time!) The best thing about this is that is stops the gross crusty stuff from forming & prevents spreading germs - as a Mom of two young kids (and an almost newly-wed), this is a MUST for me. I wouldn't be able to go a day without giving my kids their kisses.
