Polysporin drops for pink eye

My daughter had poop coming out of both of her eyes and her eyes were all red I talk to the pharmacy about it and he said it was pink eye and recommended the over the counter pink eye drops from polysporin so I tried them and within a couple days my daughter's pink I was cleared up without having to see a doctor which I'm totally thrilled about it makes it easier I would definitely use it again

Nice option but stings the eye

It's nice to have an over-the-counter option for pink eye or ear infections but upon use I found that these drops weren't very soothing at all! They stung my eyes!!

Works great for both eye and ear infections

I previously bought this because my eye was red and irritated and probably becoming infected. I used it for a couple of days and it cleared right up. Last week I ended up with a nasty ear infection and a couple days later, I remembered I had these drops. I then used them for the 2 days until I could get to the doctor to get antibiotics. They helped slow down the infection and my doctor said to continue using them while using the antibiotics. By the time I had gotten to the doctor, the infection was quite bad to the point that the side of my face below my ear had even started to swell. The doctor said the drops probably helped from getting permanent damage from the infection. I took antibiotics and used the ear drops for a week and it cleared up completely and not a single issue since. Definitely great to have around

Bye bye eye infection!

As a parent we have all had that terrifying moment when we suspect out kid has contracted pink eye. These magical drops take that fear and kick it right in the butt! I myself had had irritation that isnt necessarily because of the dreaded PINK EYE! But 2 days using these drops and all signs of it are gone! I always keep a bottle in the house!

Got conjunctivitis on my vacation (seriously?!) Picked this up at the pharmacy the following afternoon. Used it twice that day per the dosage instructions and by the following morning there was significant improvement. By the end of that day most of the red was gone and there was no discharge.

Well, here I go again. With school starting a few months ago, my kids love to bring all kinds of fun stuff home. Artwork, crafts, pink eye.... I've literally had pink eye three times, because of the tiny dirty creatures that I call kids. I love this stuff. Clears it up faster, helps the burning and crusting over and gets them back to school, so they may bring a nice virus back. Always giving.

My son had pink eye last year & this was able to clear it up right away. Last week my daughter came home from school crying in pain that her one ear hurt. I sent her to bed with advil but it didn't help. I started googling remedies to help her get relief & Polysporin Pink Eye popped up, I had no idea these could be used as ear drops too. After going through our medicine cabinet I was happy to find I still had the pink eye bottle. I put a couple of drops in her ear & about half an hour later she was sleeping & it gave her relief right through the night. Couldn't believe how fast it worked! Def something to keep on hand in your medicine cabinet!

Parfois, on ne croit pas vraiment en l'impact des produits en vente libre en pharmacie, mais polysporin fonctionne réellement sur des brûlures, pour désinfecter et pour accélérer la cicatrisation. 👍 Ceci dit, ce produit en goutes est spécialement indiqué pour les oreilles et les yeux. Je m'étais fait conseillé par les optométristes ce produit car j'avais de la douleur à un oeil. Il a aidé à soulager mais malheureusement il n'aurait pu guérir et servir d'unique solution (ulcère).

Very effective.

I originally bought this because I had pink eye and it worked very fast and very effectively. Since then, I have also used it on my cat who gets repeated conjunctivits and this clears it up within 48 hours. It's been an absolute lifesaver as it also helps to keep the infection from spreading to my older cat. It is a little expensive but it lasts forever and it really, really works. Also, I imagine it would be a lot more expensive to get through your pharmacy without health coverage.
