i received the POWERBAR PLANT PROTEIN DARK CHOCOLATE PEANUT BUTTER bar to try through Chickadvisor. Out of the 3 flavors this one was ok, i much prefer the ones with nuts. Overall the flavor was good and kept me satisfied until my next meal.

A healthier protein bar

Of the 3 flavours from the PowerBar Plant Protein bars that I tried, this one was my least favourite because my personal preference is almond or cashew nut. But I love that it's a plant protein bar, as I prefer plant protein over traditional protein for health reasons. The bar filled me up between meals and kept me going for a few hours. I would recommend it!

Chocolate and PB need I say more

In one word this was YUM. Of course these are my two favorite flavors together. For a plant protein snack these are a keeper.
Can you make a low carb version? That would be even better!

Tasty but too hard

I found this bar to have a good flavour, however it's texture is too hard for my liking. The flavour was nice and the use of peanuts and dark chocolate is great though. I love how it is nutritious and full of protein, it is a nice snack for on the go for sure.

never enough peanut butter!

Adding peanuts to a product does not make it taste like peanut butter.. you think it would but it doesn't...

Still to much added sugar in this product to be a healthy choice for me.
I do love the protein amount of 10g and that it's not whey based.
I also love that it is gluten free!
just cut out a ton of the added sugar and it would be amazing!!!

Last but not least

Even though this was the last pick for me, I think it was the one that tied me over the longest. I feel like it was the peanut butter! Peanut butter and chocolate have always been a good combo so I don't think u can go wrong with the flavor. Overall I really enjoyed these bars and would definitely buy again. Thank you chickadvisor for this amazing opportunity!!

Tasty, but could use more peanut butter flavour

I love the chew and consistency of these bars and you definitely get a good whiff of peanut butter as you're eating it. However, it could have actually used more peanut butter flavour, as I found it too subtle here. Good amount of protein and a pretty foolproof flavour that will appeal to most people.

I liked it. I am generally not a fan of crunchy bars and prefer softer ones, but this one was pretty tasty. I got this for free from the Chick Advisor box and I like it. Chocolate and peanut butter is always nice

Good Meal Replacement or Snack

I received this bar for free in exchange for my honest review.

Overall, the bar was satisfying. It left me feeling full for a few hours. The taste is extremely peanut buttery, without much chocolate taste, which I found pretty disappointing. I would have liked more of
a balance between these flavours. The nutritional content was quite good for a protein bar (I.e., there was not too much sugar and there was a good amount of fiber). However, I would have liked to see more protein in a protein bar (11g is acceptable, but not impressive).

I would buy these bars in the future as they make a good meal replacement when I'm too busy for a complete meal or a nice snack on more active days.

Unbelievably tasty

This bar is really REALLY great.. the taste is bang on for a power bar. I’m so very impressed with these bars. There is just enough chocolate in all three to give a nice taste, however I would of liked to see this one without dark chocolate, the dark chocolate in a way is a bit much. If your looking for something lightweight, tasty and chewy, with good ingredients in them this is the power bar for you.. I think everyone should give these a try.
