Great way to refuel

I needed something to refuel me at lunch but didn't have time to sit down and eat. Thank goodness for a PowerBar Plant Protein Dark chocolate peanut butter bar. Not only was I able to eat on the run and feel satisfied these powerbars are Vegan certified and non GMO Project Verified. #gotitfree

Peanut Butter

I was excited to try this bar as it had peanut butter as an ingredient but i was disappointed. I was expecting a blast of peanut butter flavour but nope! Coming from a person whom loves and enjoys peanut butter i was mildly disappointed.I would not recommend this bar to someone who wants it for the peanut butter flavour, otherwise a decent protein bar.

Healthy Option

I really enjoyed trying the plant based protein bar. I did find it to be quite sweet, but I haven't been eating anything with added sugar until I tried these bars.

Really enjoyed these bars. They had a good combination of texture and taste. I love the richness of peanut butter so these felt indulgent to me. However, I do not understand why there needed to be added sugar as these would be more healthy without. These are not typical protein bars but still do have some protein in them to satisfy!

Dark Chocolate and Peanut Butter is Tasty but too sweet

I tried the dark chocolate peanut butter PowerBars and they were delicious! However, they were WAY too sweet. I appreciate that they used real sugar in the bars, as I avoid all alternative processed sweeteners. However, they should really cut down on the amount of sugar they use. The label says there are 10 grams of sugar, but they don't specify how much of that is naturally occurring in the other ingredients and how much is added sugar. It tastes as sweet as a candy bar, maybe more so.
On the bright side, this bar digested well and I felt full after eating it. However, this is not a product I would buy in the future.

Filling Snack

This bar is tasty and has a hard, crunchy texture. A little too much for me. The peanut taste was good, but not the best. I prefer the other 2 flavors over this one. The nutritional value is good, though. Just not my favorite flavor. Thanks to XYStuff for giving me this product free of charge to test and review. #gotitfree

the texture of the protein bar was amazing- crunchy and soft, huge fan of peanut butter but i will say it was a little too sweet for my liking- i would buy it only if it is on sale :)

Best tasting one

I'm a fan of a company making a protein bar that is fully vegan. It opens up opportunities to many more athletes.
The combination of chocolate and peanut butter gave this flavour the title of best taste, but it still isn't something I'd call yummy.

Perfect Taste

I got POWERBAR PLANT PROTEIN DARK CHOCOLATE PEANUT BUTTER for free for review. The peanut butter taste was not overwhelming and had the perfect combination of tastes together! I would even eat this in the morning because it wasnt too sweet. My 2 year old was even able to enjoy it because it wasnt to hard.

Love this bar!

They really hit the nail on the head with the flavour combination here, if you are a fan of peanut butter you'll love this bar. I felt full for the time I expected after eating this which was great, and found mysef using it most right before or after a workout. It also has really nice packaging, I love the matte look. If you're interested in trying out a new plant based protein bar, I would definitely recommend this one!
