Best Arrowroot cookies

These are my favourite arrowroot cookies to have with an afternoon cup of tea when I want a little something sweet but not overly indulgent. They are perfectly crispy and have a light sweetness and are much less expensive than the name brand but just as good.
They are not particularly nutritious but I don’t expect store bought cookies to be, and for me these are a once in a while purchase and not all the time.

I would get this again!

I found these a good alternative when I was on weight watchers. I could eat five of these for a low amount of points. You get a good amount for the price. I will be getting these again.

Bought this on sale and was curious if they would taste similar to Mr Christie's arrowroot biscuits and I'm a bit disappointed. They are less tasty and a bit hard. I would recommend serving it to toddlers only when they are very accustomed to solid foods. They are more difficult to dissolve in mouth.
