Not The Greatest

I got this eyeliner from boxycharm and it is not my favorite. I personally find it hard to work with because you have to use a brush. It is really pigmented which is nice and the packaging is adorable. I hardly reach for this and I have seen some people are having issued with mold growing inside it.
