A lifesaver for my acne prone skin!

My skin has been relatively clear for most of my teen years, which I am utterly grateful for. However, reaching my mid-twenties I started breaking out horribly. I was always skeptical of trying out Proactiv due to the mixed reviews I received from family and friends and because of that I leaned to try out other products to clear my acne.

It became to a point where all the products I tried would just make my skin either really dry or worse. After numerous advertisement from Proactiv in all outlets, I decided to try it out. The 3 step package Proactiv carries intrigued me most as it had the less amount of products for my face in an easy procedure. After using Proactiv twice a day I started to notice changes in just a few days! In just a month my acne was cleared out!

I currently occasionally break out here and there (mainly during the time of the month) but it clears out after a day of using Proactiv again. I would highly recommend Proactiv to anyone looking for an acne treatment.

I tried the proactiv plus didn't like it. I find the original proactiv is much better for my skin. My skin stays clear with it. I've tried other products but they don't work as well. I have very sensitive skin so I just use any moisturiser over it and it is perfect. You do have to use it at least once a day. Be consistent. Try it you may love it.

I tried Pro Activ to help my skin, and unfortunately I would have to say it is not meant for dry skin at all. I have seen friends use it and it was amazing, and made such big improvements in such little time. For me, it made my skin so chapped and red. I did get my money back, as per their money back guarentee and their customer service was great!

I am using this Proactiv Solutin kit for one month amd its effective for me!! I have a acne and this proactive solution helps me to remove my acne for using everyday love to have that again and continue to use this!!!

I think I'm one of the few people proactive was meant for. I have extremely oily acne prone skin. After about two weeks of using it I found my skin was more even toned as well as I would get one small zit a month during my time of the month. I recently stopped using it and switched to something else and my skin has been breaking out like crazy. I will say it is very addictive to the skin but when using it, it works.

I've been using Proactiv for over 10 years. I do not use it daily or get a monthly delivery. My face acne is intermediate but also use it for acne under my breasts. The dermatologist told me that proactiv was better than any medicine she would prescribe and that if I was willing to buy Proactiv she would recommend it. And so I continue to use ot on breakouts and love how amazing and quick it is.

I used this product for about a year and a half when i was in my twenties. I had a lot of breakouts of adult onset acne. It worked really well but something in the cream (likely a smell) was giving me a headache. Luckily my breakout problems reduced about the time the headaches increased and i could stop using it.

The instructions recommend using it twice a day, morning and evening. I tried this initially and realized it was too harsh on my skin and too drying. I reduced the use to once a day and this was a good balance.

The subscription sends a new package every two months; i asked them to reduce it to 3months and then 4 as i was starting to stockpile the product because of my reduced use. The customer care rep didn't have a problem adjusting the frequency. The base three kit was sufficient for me, i also tried the mask which didn't do much.

The benzol peroxide will bleach every fabric it gets to, unless it's completely washed with soap, off your face. And even then you have to be careful. I destroyed a few shirts, towels and pillow cases before i figured out what's going on.

Proactiv is awesome! I mainly use the step two bottle as I find it lasts longer than the other two bottles. But as a whole the kit works so well. It clears up my skin and makes it so smooth. It is very expensive though so I try to hoard the bottles for as long as I can.

I was an avid Proactiv gal for years and then decided to try different products. Cost effectiveness is my middle name, so I figured experiment.

Well I eventually went back. NOTHING and I mean nothing has ever worked like Proactiv works for me.

I am 39, I get occasional acne and I like smooth, clear skin. The key is to use a little amount of each product, A little goes a long way.

I currently use the basic kit- The Renewing Cleanser, toner and repair treatment.

I rarely LOVE LOVE LOVE a product, but I would recommend if you have acne issues, really does work.

I buy mine from a vending machine in the Syracuse mall. I love love this stuff. It makes my skin glow and always takes care of pimples. The only thing is it's best to get the whole package with the cleanser, toner and lotion. It is the only way. It's not that expensive considering it does last long. A little goes a long way in the case of proactive. I have noticed once you stop using though that the breakouts begin again. So it's best to keep stocked up well. I will be buying this for my daughter and sons once they reach the pimple stage because it is the most effective acne/pimple treatment I have ever used.
