No more night sweats

I recently began using Promensil to help with night sweats and hot flashes and it does not disappoint! I got a lot better sleep than I have been getting, so I feel a lot better aside from the hot flashes and night sweats!

Didn’t work for me

I was so excited to get this product as I am 45 and currently perimenopausal. My symptoms are hot flashes, severely decreased libido and thinning hair. I had very high hopes for this as an alternative to starting HRT. But, after taking the samples religiously for 30 days, I don’t notice any improvement in symptoms. My symptoms definitely didn’t worsen but they didn’t lighten up. I understand every body is different and hopefully these supplements have helped a lot of women. Unfortunately, I just wasn’t one of those women.

Unable to properly review

I am unable to properly review this because I can't take tablets. I can't swallow pills, so I have been unable to test or review this product. I am also not menopausal yet. Only pre-menopausal. And I may have medical conditions doctors refuse to diagnose, even when all signs point to those conditions, and I don't want to take something that might make things worse. Therefore, I cannot properly review this product.

Promensil pause

Personally, I didnt notice any changez, but missed a few doses, so maybe being on it longer would have made a difference and been more effective. I would like to try this again.

This is a great product. I would buy it as well as recommend it. It works. It helped me with many symptoms as well as helped me sleep. I wish I had more.

It really does help

When I started taking the Promensil, I didn't redirect it to work so quickly. But day 2, I had almost quit having hot flashes. By week 2 my mood had lifted and I started feeling more like my old self. I definitely recommend!

Strange after taste

I am not a fan of the smell and taste. I could not get past the after taste of the pill. I also had no changes in how I was feeling. I would not recommend if you gave sensitive taste buds

Helped with night sweats

I was skeptical about this product working. I wake up more and more often drenched in sweat. I received Promensil as a sample to try and I will absolutely be buying more. It helped more than I was expecting it to. I also like that it has calcium.

Did notice a difference

I have to say I was skeptical, but about a week and a half in, I started to notice my night sweats and sleep quality were better. This of course means I was having better mental clarity, but that may have also been attributed to the Promensil. I think I’m going to continue taking daily as the supplement does seem to be making my quality of life a bit better.
