Worth a try

Love that it’s Natural

I took these every day for a month. It’s important to take with food as it did upset my stomach when I took without. I didn’t really notice a difference until the last week or so. It does say on packaging that it takes 6-8 weeks to notice a difference. I would definitely try again.

Cooler Heads Shall Prevail!

So my body is changing, so I'm calling this perimenopause. I can't honestly say that I have had significant or excessive hot flashes but I definitely don't like crowds or crowded rooms! I do feel that I can tell whenever I am just about to be hot and change locations to avoid feeling crowded. But I don't know if that's related to this upcoming transition! Lol
I have felt very "even" during the month that I've been using this "red clover" pill and can see myself continuing to use it and possibly rely on it more as the transition becomes permanent.

Big help

I am so glad that I started rated this product. My peri menopause symptoms are such a pain in the neck to deal with. Promensil pause

Personally, I didnt notice any changez, but missed a few doses, so maybe being on it longer would have made a difference and been more effective. I would like to try this again.

Helped with night sweats

I was skeptical about this product working. I wake up more and more often drenched in sweat. I received Promensil as a sample to try and I will absolutely be buying more. It helped more than I was expecting it to. I also like that it has calcium.

Did notice a difference

I have to say I was skeptical, but about a week and a half in, I started to notice my night sweats and sleep quality were better. This of course means I was having better mental clarity, but that may have also been attributed to the Promensil. I think I’m going to continue taking daily as the supplement does seem to be making my quality of life a bit better.

Symptom relief

I was a little hesitant to try this but I have to say after about a week I had some relief of symptoms. Hot flashes slowed down and I was able to sleep better. I haven’t seen any changes to hair or scalp but it’s only been a month. I am definitely willing to continue using it to ensure this transaction to menopause is smooth.
