Good for some, but not me.

I wasn't sure about taking a supplement like this, but I figured it was worth a shot; night sweats and hot flashes have not been fun! I'm glad I didn't get too excited, though, because it didn't really do anything for me. I'll honestly be glad to be taking one less pill per day, haha! At least there weren't any noticeable side effects, so it seems to be fairly safe. Give it a shot, maybe it'll help you!

Not Much Difference

After using this product for a month, I really haven't noticed any significant changes. Now, I'm not sure if you would need to use it for longer to achieve desired results.. but, I really don't feel like it did anything at all for me.

No effect at all

I'm sure Promensil has worked for other woman but it had no positive effect on me. After 30 days I am still having night sweats and trouble sleeping. I was hoping it would work but unfortunately not!!

Supply not long enough

I was excited to try this due to My many symptoms. Reading the directions it says it takes at least 30 to 60 days to see any effects. I took it anyway to see. Needless to say I was very upset it did nothing. I mean it says take 30-60 days to see results yet we're only given 30 so it didn't work.

Didn't Experience Any Relief

I used Promensil for menopause for one month and did not experience any of the relief that which it is suppossed to cure. I am not sure if the product needs more than one month to work, but I appreciated the opportunity to try it. The pills are easy to swallow in a gel format, and you only have to take t gel capsule per day. It is suppossed to have a result of reducing hot flashes by 73 percent and prevent night sweats by 72 percent. I did not receive any such releif from mine. This is made using red clover extract.

Wellness product

I think this product can help a lot of people. It didn’t really work for me because I have it really bad. I’m constantly hot and it comes and goes. I would recommend others to try.

Did not work with my body chemistry

I was so hoping to find some relief with Promensil Double Strength Menopause tablets. I havent been experiencing hot flashes or sweating,but took a huge hit in my libido dept, constant brain fog and irritability on the highest level. My sleeping pattern has Improved slighty, but not where I would want it at. After almost a full month of testing, I am overall, disappointed.

Nothing Happened

Love the Idea of this, However...

I received a free sample of Promensil through Butterly in exchange for an honest review, and I was genuinely hopeful. I love the idea of supporting the body naturally through menopause, and red clover is something I’ve been curious about for a while.

Unfortunately, after giving it a fair try, I didn’t notice any real changes or relief from my symptoms. That said, every body is different, and just because it didn’t work for me doesn’t mean it won’t be effective for others. I still appreciate the research and intention behind Promensil and would encourage anyone interested in natural support to give it a try—it might be the right fit for them.

I’m grateful to have had the opportunity to test it out, even if it wasn’t the solution I was hoping for this time around.

Did Nothing

I didn’t notice any change when using this product. It did not live up to its claims. Hot flashes and night sweats showed no change. And how are you supposed to tell if your cardiovascular system is healthy or not just by taking this? These claims are unsupported.
