Nothing helps

It was a nice calcium supplement but as for the night sweats and hot flashes I seemed to have more not less. So I can not recommend this product because it seems to make my issues worse.

Felt no change

I felt absolutely nothing in 1 month. It says it should be taken for 3 months to feel anything but to me nothing should take that long to feel at least a little something.

My experience

It didn't really help with the night sweats and hot flashes. I did however notice that I was more alert and my moods were better. I wish it would've helped more with the hot flashes.

Nothing more than a placebo

I wanted to like this but after days of trying and not seeing one symptom relieved I just couldn't in good faith keep using it. I believe this to be nothing more than a placebo which my honestly help some people but did absolutely nothing for me. On the nights I used this product I had night sweats and hot flashes even worse. It could absolutely be concidence that my symptoms were worse on these nights than usual but I stopped taking them when it kept happening days in a row. I would not recommend.

Not Bad, But Pricey

Just a good bit of price for this, and I don't think that I would pay the price if I was not gifted this before. The overall taste in use case is not terrible, but would not buy it again.
