Reduced hot flashes

I am almost through with the 30 day Promensil Double Strength Menopause Support Tablets. When I missed a couple days of taking this supplement is when I discovered that it was working when taken consistently. It has reduced my daily hot flashes. No night sweats, which were minimal before taking tablets. Hot flashes are the worst so any reduction in this symptom is a win for me. Glad to have the opportunity to try this product out at no cost.

Not for me

The product's simplicity and neutral taste make it easy to take. Its slick coating enables smooth swallowing. Regrettably, it did not provide relief from hot flashes or headaches. Consequently, I am hesitant to recommend it or buy it again.

Relief

I tried this product for menopausal relief but didn’t relieve as much as I was expecting. It helped maybe 25% so didn’t find very effective. It did help reduce hot flashes some though

Somewhat Helpful

I have been having a difficult time dealing with my newfound menopause symptoms. I wake up in the middle of the night all sweaty, and then have issues with getting back to sleep. Often simply getting up at 3 or 4 in the morning because tossing & turning wasn't helping. I've been taking this for almost a month and I no longer wake up sweating, and only occasionally do I wake up in the middle of the night. I'm thankful for the help, and hopefully I'll continue to sleep better throughout the night.

Helps A Little Bit

I tried Promensil for a month a slight improvement in daytime hot flash frequency and intensity. However, my nighttime hot flashes and sweating did not improve; I'm still awakened nightly by hot flashes, and/or sweats. On the box, the directions say that "most will see a difference in 6-8 weeks," so it seems strange to me that the box only contains 30 tablets.
Although it's nice to only have to take a tablet once a day, I suspect that 2 pills in divided doses would be more effective. Even though I didn't get as much relief as I would like, I would still recommend the product because some relief is better than none! I also know that natural products can take longer to work.

I was really hoping that this would help with my menopausal symptoms. But I honestly haven't noticed any difference. With that being said, I think that everybody is different. And what may work for some, may not work for others. For the price, it isn't bad to give it a try.

I am not yet benefiting

As much as I love the simplicity of this tablet. I have yet to feel a significant difference with my menopausal symptoms. I will continue to use it and hope it will make a difference.

An Interesting Supplement

I received this supplement for free in exchange for an honest review. The supplement had an herbal flavor. It reminded me of a tea flavor. It's hard to tell if it benefits my cardiovascular system without seeing a doctor. I am not sure if it made me cooler. I honestly felt the same. I still sleep with just a sheet and a fan. Maybe I would notice more with a longer time using it.

Went down ok, gave heartburn

It's okay

This product doesn't relieve my symptoms as much as previous products, so it wouldn't be my go to.
But it does alleviate some symptoms and I would use it in a pinch to take the edge off.
