Definitely helps

I have used this product for a few week and have seen a positive difference in my hot flashes and night sweats while I am going through perimenopause. While it won’t get ride of symptoms completely it does have an impact in making life not so hot and sweaty!

Seems to work

Promensil Double Strength Menopause Support Tablet

I’m a 50 years old Asian female. I started having hot flash, specially on my both cheeks becoming very reddish all the time because of the menopause started from last November. It made me look like I’m drunk all the time even though I don’t drink any alcohols. I tried Estroven, but it didn’t help with my facial flushing at all. After taking Promensil, I started noticing my facial redness calmed down a lot!!! My face looks normal, and I don’t look like I’m drunk! I’m going to continue to buy this medication after I’m done with this one. Thank goodness that there is a medication that helps with my facial hot flash.

I have been using the Promensil Double Strength Menopause Support Tablets for about a month. Some nights I feel like it’s working and I have less night sweats and hot flashes. But other nights not so much.

So, this did help some with the hot flashes and night sweats, however, I'll be buying more to keep taking it to get a better idea. Sometimes, it can take 6 to 8 weeks for a product to work. Take one a day for 30 days and see if it helps you.

helps hot flashes

Felt it did help with those hot flashes and night sweats. They are the most bothersome symptoms I was encountering. Not sure I can say I saw any other results.
