I just had a hot flash

The tablet is coated and relatively small, which makes it easy to swallow. Sadly, I cannot say that this product worked for my menopausal symptoms. I had the same number of hot flashes while taking it as I did before I started.

I really couldn't tell much of a difference to be honest. I still had the sweats and same symptoms. Some days they may have not been as bad but still there.

Not a magic pill but does help

I like that the ingredients do help some. I never expected it to be a magic cure-all. Nothing will ever be so without side effects. This has no side effects at all. As long as you don't expect it to miraculously fix everything you will be delighted

Didn’t help my symptoms

After taking Primensil Double Strength Menopause Support tablets for 30 days as recommended I didn’t have night sweats as often but the hot flashes were basically the unchanged. The taste is what would definitely prevent me from considering purchasing the product. The tasted much like hay or straw smells. I’m very sensitive to smells and tastes. It’s just not for me.

Pause on Promensil

I would experience times where I would feel a sudden hotness, but it wouldn't be so much that I wanted to go out and seek a solution. That is until, I joined the Promensil free trial. At first, it didn't seem like it was doing anything. Although, at night I seem to be getting better sleep with no discomfort in night sweats. Within a month, I feel better for taking Promensil, knowing that it has relieved any discomfort. Although my symptoms were not severe, I feel that it was nice to have experienced this natural pill.

Undecided after only one month

I did not see any changes while taking this product for a month, but it does state that it can take 6-8 weeks to work, so I can't really say at this point if it works. I did have some insomnia while taking this product, but I can't say if that was caused by the product or not.

Mixed feelings

I have been using Promensil everyday since I received it. I can't report that I have noticed any significant change in my well being. Maybe a reduction in night sweats and mood swings but that also could be circumstantial.

I've been taking these daily for almost 30 days. I'm not sure if I can tell a real difference or not, so I'll be purchasing them to continue to see if they help with my menopause symptoms.

Not too impressed

Right off the bat, I was unhappy about all the fillers in this product such as cellulose and polyethylene glycol as well as unwanted calcium. Nevertheless, I took it according to package directions for 3 weeks but did not notice much of a change in menopausal symptoms such as hot flashes.

The product was not effective for me, maybe because I’m post menopausal and I need a product that offers more in the way of the many menopausal health issues I face.
