Definitely helps

It definitely helped with perimenopause symptoms... Hot flashes, irritability, sleep disturbances, etc. It was a very nice break from the misery that I had been feeling!

did nothing for me

I tried Promensil USA for 30 days to try and help with my perimenopause systems. Unfortunately it did not do anything at all to help. The mood swings and hot flashes are still miserable.

Didn’t work for me

I honestly don’t think it really did anything for me. I took it in the morning and didn’t really notice a difference. I don’t know if I need to take it longer.

Not for me

I received Promensil free to try for 30 days. I am 66 years old and have been going through menopause for several years. This product caused me to have more hot flashes and didn't seem to help any of my symptoms.

Not Sure

Not sure about this product yet. I believe it needs more than 30days of use for a good, proper review. With that said I will purchase thr product again so I can continue to try it.

Meh..

Unfortunately, after using this for a while, I haven’t seen any results. I haven’t noticed a decrease in half flashes or night sweats. I was hoping that would help with my libido but so far nothing has changed one thing. I did really like that. There isn’t a ton of random ingredients. Don’t get me wrong. There are a few but your main ingredient is calcium and red clover, which is nice but again unfortunately this has not much more me.

No difference

I took the pills as directed and still feel no difference from the pills. It was no after taste or smell. I took the pills in the morning with breakfast- no stomach aches or anything. I still had hot flashes after the pills and it wasn’t as effective as other brands.

Impossible to Review

I have only recently received the product, so have only been taking the product for just over two weeks now, and due to the extreme heat of the summer where I live, I have still been suffering with daily bouts of hot flashes, and night sweats, so it is impossible to know if the Promensil is indeed effectively working for me. I am grateful to be able to try out this product, but if I received it in December or January, maybe then I could offer a valid review, when the weather is NOT assisting with providing daily hot flashes, and night sweats !

Menopause relief

I used as directed and it lessen my symptoms of menopause a little but not enough to continue usage and with side effects. May do better for others but not for me.

It’s a maybe probably

I’ve been taking it for a while now and haven’t noticed any major changes in my night sweats but, that might be because it’s Arkansas in the summer and summer here is normal around 100 degrees even at night but I have noticed that my libido and my bloating is improving so I’m not sure if the bloating is supposed to be a byproduct of using it but I normally have a very bad time with that all the time and since this is the the only change I’ve done in my diet I think it’s a great side effect. So all and all I can’t say say it’s a bad product when it can’t be sure it’s not working. For all the other symptoms too if it wasn’t so blasted hot here.. so I will be trying it again this winter when our temperatures get down to the omg it’s freezing why do you have the air conditioner on weather.
