Promensil Double Strength 1 Month Supply

After usage daily, of Promensil Extra Strength Menopause Tablets for about 3 and a half weeks now, I've noticed so far a decrease in night sweats, mood swings that I suffer from. My insomnia seems to be at bay as well. In the package is a 30 tablet one a day. I adore that the product is tested by a clinical team and is for women who are going through menopause. Their aren't any additives or artificial flavors which is a plus. One should take with food daily.

I had high hopes for Promensil Double Strength after reading the claims and some positive reviews, but unfortunately, it did absolutely nothing for my menopause symptoms. I took it consistently for over a month and saw no improvement in my hot flashes, night sweats, or mood swings. If anything, I started feeling more bloated and sluggish. The tablets are also quite large and hard to swallow. For the price, I expected some kind of benefit, but I’m left disappointed. Maybe it works for others, but this was a total miss for me. Back to square one.

Helps with symptoms

I took this for about a month and saw improvement in the severity of my night sweats and hot flashes. Didn’t get rid of them but did temper them down a bit so they weren’t so extreme. No side effects

Overall, this was a moderately effective product. After using this supplement for a month, I did notice a decline in the the number of hot flashes and night sweats I would normally have. I appreciate that the pills are a decent size, easy to swallow and leaves no aftertaste.

Worked most times

I was doing real good with this product till the last week of use, I think maybe it was the heat in my area because it does get very hot in South Texas. We had extremely hot temps and I was waking up in the middle of the night sweating but so was my son and he is not going thru hot flashes like me. I will keep using because it has allowed me to sleep better.
