Great for night sweats!

I am currently in perimenopause and have had terrible night sweats for awhile now. Since taking this supplement they have been much less and practically nonexistent. I have also found that my cramps during my last period were lessened a lot. I will definitely continue to take this.

Awesome relief

I believe that this product works in helping control my hot flashes and night sweats. As for the mood swings and insomnia I haven't noticed any difference. I think that with continued use I can see better improvements.

I got a 30 day supply and used daily for the past 3 weeks. Tablets are easy to swallow suggested to take with food.
