Promensil DS

After trying promensil for 30 days I couldn't tell any difference in hot flashes or night sweats. Keep in mind Im 57 and my hot flashes and night sweats aren't near as bad in the beginning of menopause. This product also supports breast health,bone health and heart health. Just because it didn't work for me doesn't mean it won't work for you. It's worth trying for the added benefits.

Effectiveness

It's not very effective on reducing symptoms of menopause. I stoll get hot flashes and feel hot most of the time. The tables are easy to take and the packaging is fine.

Possibly worth it...

I received this product for free in exchange for my honest review and opinion.
I was able to test Promensil for 30 days prior to sharing my thoughts, so here was my experience with this "support tablet" during that time:
First and foremost, it says in order to get the full effects of this product you should take for at least 60 days - I was only given a 30 day supply, so with that said, I believe I didn't experience everything this tablet could really offer.
I saw an overall decline in the severity and volume of hot flashes I typically experience, but as for the other claims Promensil makes it can help with, I can't speak to those.
Probably taken as recommended it would be helpful.

Slight improvement

I used this product for 30 days and noticed a slight improvement in my night hot flashes. The didn’t seem to be as severe. I don’t experience hot flashes in the daytime so Iam not able to speak on that.

Doesn't work

This product does not seem to change any perri menapausal symptoms. On the plus side it is packaged well. I liked being able to pop out 1 at a time. I am also not sure i was taking it long enough to see a difference.

Promensil

With use for a month, I haven't noticed any change, would like to co tinge use alittle longer to see if I can notice a bigger difference. There isn't any flavor to tablets and they are very easy to swallow. I did notice that my hot flashes are not as frequent and my moods are alot less irritated. Love that it's gluten yeast and wheat free so I can recommend to friends with allergies to such.

Unfortunately didn't help

I tried this product for 1 month, I was really hoping it would help with my night sweats unfortunately I didn't see any change. It was easy to swallow didn't have any residual after taste. I just didn't see ay results.

Not for Perimenopausal with Migraines with Aura

Unfortunately, migraine with aura sufferers in perimenopause get migraines with an increase in estrogen so I had to stop on day 5 after having 5 days of migraines. I will definitely try this after I am full menopause because it clearly raises estrogen. I spoke with my neurologist and she confirmed that women in Peri have an increase in migraines taking estrogen before full menopause

Not quite sure

Overall, I am not sure how I feel about these supplements. I don't know if they did any good, maybe I need more time to take them. There wasn't any ill-effects from them though.

Helpful

I found this to be helpful with night sweats. Of course it didn't eradicate them completely, but it did abate them to an extent, which was wonderful. I didn't notice any help with hot flashes, however it is worth it to me regarding the night sweats alone. I received this product for free.
