I was able to have a chance to try Promensil Menopause in exchange for my honest opinion. The first thing I noticed was that it was stated to be safe and natural. It is to relieve symptoms due to menopause which I have so I was excited to try it. Definitely helps

I was not sure if this would help or not, but taking this regularly has helped with my hot flashes! I am not seeing them like I used too especially in this humid NC heat! My night sweats were not as bad either. It did not get rid of all of the symptoms but definitely made them manageable.

Made my life easier....

The over the counter medication Promensil did decrease my hot flashes very much so but did not stop them completely, as I expected. I noticed after the first pill that my night sweats were diminished by at least 80%. I would have multiple night sweats in one night and on most nights I had none. Towards the end of the sample the flashes came back a bit. The hot flashes during the day were also diminished or even gone. I would recommend this pill to any person suffering from hot flashes. The pill definitely madey life easier and less sweaty.

It probably helped with my symptoms

I had a total hysterectomy about 6 years ago and I'm still experiencing the annoying effects (hot flashes, night sweats, mood swings, etc) from the forced menopause. I couldn't use anything with estrogen due to history of heart condition. I have been trying to find something natural that would ease the symptoms and I'm glad to get to try out this product. I have been taking it for almost 3 weeks and I think it has helped easing some of those symptoms, I noticed I'm experiencing less hot flashes since taking this supplements and could not be happier. The pill is easy to swallow and has a pleasant taste (reminds me of hawthorn). I would recommend this product to women who are suffering menopause symptoms and prefer to take something more natural.

Definite Mood Balancer!

Well, when I first started taking Promensil it didn't seem like it was doing anything, however, that is what the instructions said. So after a few more days, when usually I would be sweating I noticed that I was fine. I didn't need a fan blowing on me, my feet didn't feel like they were going to explode, I was ok!! Usually I have to carry a cooling cloth with me but not so much now. My sleeping is much better, no changing clothes in the middle of the night. It's great. I went and bought some before I ran out.
