Still Have Hot Flashes and Night Sweats

I was hoping that after a month of taking Promensil, I would notice my hot flashes and night sweats improve, but unfortunately, they did not. In all fairness, 1 month may not be enough time to give it a chance. I do like that it's a simple pill that's easy to swallow.

No real difference

I received Promensil Double Strength Menopause Support Tablets for free to try. I have been using them for the last 3 weeks and have not yet noticed any change in my menopausal symptoms. I mostly suffer with hot flashes and some night sweats. The box does state it may take 6-8 weeks before any change is noticed. I will continue the tablets until they run out.

Helps Significantly

This product completely got rid of my hot flashes & night sweats! I was able to sleep more better. I love it! I can't recommend it enough! Just one a day and all your nasty menopause symptoms all but disappear.

It’s just okay

It wasn’t as effective for hot flashes as I expected. It’s easy to take. I still got hot at night. It did help a little. It’s too expensive to keep buying.

Love that this is natural!

I love trying natural supplements before trying anything prescription. I have been taking this supplement daily and haven’t had any bad side effects. I also haven’t really noticed any positive changes. I think I may need to take this supplement for longer to see results. I am very interested in the claims and am willing to try it out for longer.

Not sure if I am getting the full effect

I am not sure if I am feeling the help. I feel like my hot flashes are getting worse rather than better. I know this states it takes up to 6-8 weeks to feel the difference, but after 3 weeks in you would think I would feel something and since this is only a 30 day pack am I really going to feel it?

I Didn't Notice A Difference

I had high hopes for this supplement, as I have been experiencing a wave of hot flashes that make a heat wave even more unbearable. However, I took the product as directed, and I haven't noticed a decrease in hot flashes or night sweats. I like the packaging, and the fact that the pill is easy to swallow, but I didn't see a noticeable effect from taking it.
