I'm ok with the results. I'm not sure if the ingredients are ok for my health history. I have a doctor's appointment in a few days but I needed to submit a review now according to Butterly.

Prefer bioidentical hormones

Helped a little but not as well as estrogen patches. If you are really premenopausal this may be a good product to start with. But I'm fully into the middle and need estradiol.

I Think It Helped with Hot Flashes

I received this product free in exchange for my honest opinion. Sometimes its hard to tell if a product is really doing anything for me. I believe it reduced hot flashes, but it wasn't a super-noticeable relief. I don't think I had to kick off blankets and flip pillows as much as I normally do while on this product which helped improve sleep. The pill was easy to take and had no noticeable side effects.

No effectiveness

I noticed no changes in my night sweats after taking this product for 3 weeks. The pills also melted quickly in my mouth if I didn't get them swallowed speedily.

I did not find that this product did much of anything for me. I still get night sweats and hot flashes. Maybe I need to test it for longer than a month.

Menopause

This product worked somewhat for me, but it only relieved a few symptoms. Mostly it was helpful in getting rid of hot flashes and night sweats. I liked it, but I think I would need other supplements to fully relieve my symptoms.

Somewhat effective

I've been using these for a month now and I did notice some differences. I had less hot flashes and I like that it's good for my heart and bone health. I didn't have any changes with my mood swings and was hormonal as usual. I was hoping this would help my mood and make me feel a bit mellow, but no I was still nasty. They're coated capsules and very easy to swallow.

Maybe its my body, but it didn't help with and hot flashes or my mood. I did like that it was natural and it did work for others. I expected more benefit due to what I read about the ingredients. It has no smell, the capsules are easy to swallow.

Its an ok product but definitely dont help with night sweats or maybe I haven’t taken it long enough to go into effect so im not sure bit it has done nothing for me & is to mich & for just 30 pills now if there was 180 pills for that price than thats a deal

Worked OK

Unfortunately this didn't work for me like I'd hoped it would. It did not help with my hot flashes and it interacted with my thyroid medication negatively. I ultimately had to discontinue use. Well I do have a friend that uses this and it works for her. So I believe it was just the interaction with my medication and unfortunately I can't stop taking my thyroid medication.
