I have been dealing with menopausal symptoms for a while. This is the first product that I have tried that actually helped reduce night sweats. The package says it may take 6-8 weeks to see results, which means 1 -2 months of use to see if this will work. I got the package on June 21st and started taking it right away and I believe I have seen (rather, felt) some progress. I have felt my hot flashes lowered a bit and the night sweats as well. Helps with night sweats

It state on the package that full results are apparent after 60 days. I am planning on continuing to use this product after the trial period. I like that it is made with Red Clover and contains Calcium. I will try anything to try to feel like a normal human again.
