I was a little hesitant to try this but I have to say after about a week I had some relief of symptoms. Hot flashes slowed down and I was able to sleep better. Menopause help

I tried this out to see what it would do for me. I followed the instructions exactly. I didn't see much difference in my symptoms. I will say I had less symptoms when I did take it. No noticable difference

I did not notice any difference at all with the hot flashes . However I did notice a significant difference in the other symptoms. Ie the night sweats and the bad dreams. I feel a bit better . I would recommend this product.
