This is good

I am early in my perimenopause era so I’m not really sure how effective this has been. But it seems to be helping with my evening hot flashes that I have been getting. I Didn't Notice A Difference

I had high hopes for this supplement, as I have been experiencing a wave of hot flashes that make a heat wave even more unbearable. However, I took the product as directed, and I haven't noticed a decrease in hot flashes or night sweats. I like the packaging, and the fact that the pill is easy to swallow, but I didn't see a noticeable effect from taking it.
