I love the fact this iss made from natural ingredients, it's much safer, healthier and better for your boy esp at a time of so many hormanal changes in your body tryingh to hard to readjust. I Think It Helped with Hot Flashes

I received this product free in exchange for my honest opinion. Sometimes its hard to tell if a product is really doing anything for me. I believe it reduced hot flashes, but it wasn't a super-noticeable relief. I don't think I had to kick off blankets and flip pillows as much as I normally do while on this product which helped improve sleep. The pill was easy to take and had no noticeable side effects.

Natural and effective relief

Nothing helps

It was a nice calcium supplement but as for the night sweats and hot flashes I seemed to have more not less. So I can not recommend this product because it seems to make my issues worse.

Helped with my night sweats

I have been taking these for about a month now. My biggest menopause complaint is night sweats. They are the worst and interrupt my sleep every night. These have helped reduce my sweats a lot. Some nights I don't even sweat at all. It has definitely improved a lot!

Made a difference!

After a few days my hot flashes were not nearly as bad as usual. Definitely helped with my night sweats, was actually able to wake up and not needing an immediate shower. Seemed to keep my mood swings under more control as well.
