This is an amazing menopause preventive dietary supplement that has all natural ingredients. The red clover ingredient really helps with many different issues that aren't necessarily for menopause symptoms, but are great for the body in so many ways! Worked for me

I've been taking these pills every night before bed, and they have helped me sleep better. I'm not menopausal yet, but I do suffer from night sweats and inability to fall asleep. Ever since I started taking these, I've noticed a big improvement falling asleep and staying asleep. I don't wakeup all sweaty any more. They do have a very strong clover smell, which can be bothersome. Other than that, I think I had an overall pleasant experience. I do recommend them for night sweats, and I will buy them again.
