The Promensil Double Strength Menopause Support Tablets have helped lesson my night sweats and hot flashes caused by menopause. I was having some extremely bad night sweats, along with hot flashes. After taking 1 pill a day for over a month, I have noticed a major difference in my menopause symptoms. My night sweats are less frequent and not as severe. My hot flashes are also less frequent and not as severe. I can only imagine how much they will deminish after I take Promensil for a longer period of time. So far, I'm sold on this product and want to keep taking it as long as I have menopause. Quality Product

This product seems to be of high quality and great value. These are easy to take and swallow, there is no aftertaste which is a plus. Even though I have only taken these for a short period I feel like they are helping with the hot flashes and irritability from menopause. Not for Perimenopausal with Migraines with Aura

Unfortunately, migraine with aura sufferers in perimenopause get migraines with an increase in estrogen so I had to stop on day 5 after having 5 days of migraines. I will definitely try this after I am full menopause because it clearly raises estrogen. I spoke with my neurologist and she confirmed that women in Peri have an increase in migraines taking estrogen before full menopause
