It works

I have used this for a month now and I am already noticing results. I have fewer hot flashes than before I started taking it. I have not had any night sweats at all. I am definitely going to continue to take it because I have tried so many things over the counter that just don’t work for me. It took about 2 weeks of taking one a day with a meal before I started to notice results. The only thing I didn’t like about it was the taste. I got past that quickly though because of the results.

Nothing new

I did not find that this product did much of anything for me. I still get night sweats and hot flashes. Maybe I need to test it for longer than a month.

This product worked somewhat for me, but it only relieved a few symptoms. Mostly it was helpful in getting rid of hot flashes and night sweats. I liked it, but I think I would need other supplements to fully relieve my symptoms.

Recommend

These tablets are easy to swallow and they come in a convenient package. I have been taking these for right at a month now and haven’t had any adverse effects. I feel like they are starting to help me. Before taking them I was experiencing night sweats and my symptoms were getting worse. Since I started these I have had very few night sweats.
