Made my life easier....

The over the counter medication Promensil did decrease my hot flashes very much so but did not stop them completely, as I expected. I noticed after the first pill that my night sweats were diminished by at least 80%. I would have multiple night sweats in one night and on most nights I had none. Towards the end of the sample the flashes came back a bit. The hot flashes during the day were also diminished or even gone. I would recommend this pill to any person suffering from hot flashes. The pill definitely madey life easier and less sweaty.

Good for some, but not me.

I wasn't sure about taking a supplement like this, but I figured it was worth a shot; night sweats and hot flashes have not been fun! I'm glad I didn't get too excited, though, because it didn't really do anything for me. I'll honestly be glad to be taking one less pill per day, haha! At least there weren't any noticeable side effects, so it seems to be fairly safe. Give it a shot, maybe it'll help you!

It probably helped with my symptoms

I had a total hysterectomy about 6 years ago and I'm still experiencing the annoying effects (hot flashes, night sweats, mood swings, etc) from the forced menopause. I couldn't use anything with estrogen due to history of heart condition. I have been trying to find something natural that would ease the symptoms and I'm glad to get to try out this product. Pill is easy to swallow. Please make sure that you follow the instructions for this product. It states to takes once a day and take the pill with food. I took the pill after dinner because it was best for me because I do suffer from night sweats in the middle of the night. As per the packaging, you will see the full effects of this product after taking them for two months consistently but you will notice a change between 6-8 weeks. So far, I have noticed minimal night sweats during some nights out of the week. I haven’t had any adverse reactions to this product which is a plus for me. It contains Red Clover, calcium, and other ingredients. I would recommend this product because it is plant based so it has no harsh chemicals that should harm your system. This product will also help maintain a healthy cardiovascular system and helps to support breast health, emotional wellbeing, and hormone balance. Individual results will vary.

Definite Mood Balancer!
