I have been suffering from joint pain, body and muscle aches, brain fog, insomnia, exhaustion etc…This Promesil Menopause worked within a couple of days for my hot flashes which were happening nonstop. Its not good, sweating without moving...i was just sitting still sweating. I also notice it helps with my energy levels as well, I really cleaned my house throughly i had so much energy. The hot flashes are few and far between now.

Worked OK

Unfortunately this didn't work for me like I'd hoped it would. It did not help with my hot flashes and it interacted with my thyroid medication negatively. I ultimately had to discontinue use. Well I do have a friend that uses this and it works for her. So I believe it was just the interaction with my medication and unfortunately I can't stop taking my thyroid medication.

Works well

Helps relieve symptoms of perimenopause. Since using, I have experienced less night sweats and much better sleep overall. No weird side affects either.

Experiences to beneficial changes

I experienced no significant changes with this product. I did notice more face breakouts after taking this product for a week. While it did not work for me, it may work wonders for someone else.
