This product doesn't relieve my symptoms as much as previous products, so it wouldn't be my go to.
But it does alleviate some symptoms and I would use it in a pinch to take the edge off.

Worked most times

I was doing real good with this product till the last week of use, I think maybe it was the heat in my area because it does get very hot in South Texas. We had extremely hot temps and I was waking up in the middle of the night sweating but so was my son and he is not going thru hot flashes like me. I will keep using because it has allowed me to sleep better.

It Actually Worked...

I've tried two other "highly recommended" products for peri menopause. Neither worked. I still had the same night time hot flashes where I woke up drenched in a pool of sweat. I was given this product to try for free and give it an honest review - so here it is:
IT WORKED. Shocked. I had ONE night of hot sweaty sleep and the rest were all cool and dry. I took it once a day, in the morning. No side effects other than the lack of gross sweats. My mood swings were relatively the same. The only big change was the lack of flashes which I will take ANY DAY.

I just finished the product and I will buy more - it's worth no matter it costs to not have to change my clothes in the middle of the night.

I was able to have a chance to try Promensil Menopause in exchange for my honest opinion. The first thing I noticed was that it was stated to be safe and natural. It is to relieve symptoms due to menopause which I have so I was excited to try it.
