Too Early to Tell

After using this for a month, I am starting to see a slight difference in my menopause symptoms. Too early to tell and other medications maybe a reason.

Amazing

This product helped me and so many ways. My hormones have been so imbalanced for a long time. I couldn't really get a doctor to help me with that. I have suffered from hot flashes which has made me almost fall over on numerous occasions. I cannot sleep without being in a extremely cold room. This pill has also helped me with my anxiety and depression. I say that because I'm not suffering from some of these issues that kept bothering me. It was messing with me mentally. I will be purchasing this product again.

Significant relief and balance

I tried Promensil Double Strength menopause support tablets and am very pleased with the relief they provide. I had been having terrible hot flashes that wake me up due to feeling like I am but up and nothing helps and these tablets have helped me be able to sleep and reduced my hot flashes and sweating at night and feel more comfortable. My mood has improved and I feel more balanced as well , probably because I can sleep better! Love these and highly recommend them if you are in menopause or Perimenopause!

Relieves night sweats

Promesil Menopause Dietary Supplements are coated and easy to swallow. Previously, I suffered from unpredictable hot flashes and night sweats. I would wake with my hair and clothing damp. It was distressing. I've been taking Promesil for almost a month now. Although, I periodically overheat, I no longer wake soaked in sweat. For me, this is a win.

Honestly, its about the same of others

Its about the same as others. Maybe it was just me as mine isn't as bothersome at this moment. I guess I've been more fortunate as the hot flashes and irritability has been manageable.

Helpful product

I am new to this stage of my life, so I am trying to find OTC products that help instead of going the medical route. I found this product and was very happy with the ingredients. I haven't had any side effects to date. It seems to be helping with the issues I am currently having in the early stages. They are easy to swallow and don't taste bad. I hope to continue using them as long as they manage what I need to get done.

Did Nothing

I didn’t notice any change when using this product. It did not live up to its claims. Hot flashes and night sweats showed no change. And how are you supposed to tell if your cardiovascular system is healthy or not just by taking this? These claims are unsupported.

Effective at reducing pesky menopause symptoms

Thankfully, I wasn't experiencing horrific menopause symptoms but even mild symptoms are bothersome. I am always up for trying something new, especially if it can prevent me from having to take a prescription medication/treatment. Even if the results are minimal, if there is noticeable improvement, I'm in!

The once a day tablets couldn't be easier to take. They are average in size and fairly easy to swallow.

A lot of new supplements cause me to experience nausea, diarrhea or other digestive discomfort. I have a VERY sensitive system. These didn't bother me. I didn't experience any pain, nausea, or ahem... unwanted bathroom changes.

I was most excited to see how red clover worked to combat my symptoms. It is known to mimic estrogen and reduce hot flashes. I have also read that it has many other benefits such as cholesterol reduction, arthritis support, bone health, etc.

I have been taking this product for around a month. I know it says that you need to take it for a full 6-8 weeks to see results but I do feel like I have noticed some changes already. My mood has improved, I have been sleeping better and I just seem more motivated/ready to tackle the day. I don't have that sluggish, dragging around feeling that I did before. I haven't been experiencing the wonky highs and lows that I was. (crying one minute, angry the next, then happy again) Night time was just awful for me. I was restless, constantly tossing and turning, occasional night sweats that would leave me and my sheets drenched. Those seem to have reduced.

Super helpful

These tablets are designed to help support women during menopause. They may deal with hot flashes, sleep issues, muscle aches, and other symptoms. The tablets contain calcium and S-equol, which may mimic some of estrogen's benefits. I feel like they are helping me. It felts subtle, at first, but now that I have been taking them regularly, I feel better overall. The price is quite high, but these tablets are worth it if you are going through menopause!

Prefer bioidentical hormones

Helped a little but not as well as estrogen patches. If you are really premenopausal this may be a good product to start with. But I'm fully into the middle and need estradiol.
