This worked so well! It took a few weeks to really start noticing. I started getting better sleep, I wasn’t having hot flashes as much and my body temp was more regulated. My attitude was more calmer and didn’t feel so manic!

It’s a maybe probably

I’ve been taking it for a while now and haven’t noticed any major changes in my night sweats but, that might be because it’s Arkansas in the summer and summer here is normal around 100 degrees even at night but I have noticed that my libido and my bloating is improving so I’m not sure if the bloating is supposed to be a byproduct of using it but I normally have a very bad time with that all the time and since this is the the only change I’ve done in my diet I think it’s a great side effect. So all and all I can’t say say it’s a bad product when it can’t be sure it’s not working. For all the other symptoms too if it wasn’t so blasted hot here.. so I will be trying it again this winter when our temperatures get down to the omg it’s freezing why do you have the air conditioner on weather.

Great for first time users

After trying promensil for 30 days I couldn't tell any difference in hot flashes or night sweats. Keep in mind Im 57 and my hot flashes and night sweats aren't near as bad in the beginning of menopause. This product also supports breast health,bone health and heart health. Just because it didn't work for me doesn't mean it won't work for you. It's worth trying for the added benefits.

A Great Help!

I am very happy I discovered these Promensil Double Strength Menopause Support tablets. I never knew how much help I would need to get through this menopause. Effectiveness

It's not very effective on reducing symptoms of menopause. I stoll get hot flashes and feel hot most of the time. The tables are easy to take and the packaging is fine.

Must have for night sweats

After one month, I have noticed I have less night sweats. I don’t generally get hot flashes during the day, but nighttime is when I toss and turn because I can’t get comfortable temperature-wise (even if I make sure my bedroom is cool enough). I would recommend this for anyone who is currently struggling with maintaining body temperature due to menopause.
