Impossible to Review

I have only recently received the product, so have only been taking the product for just over two weeks now, and due to the extreme heat of the summer where I live, I have still been suffering with daily bouts of hot flashes, and night sweats, so it is impossible to know if the Promensil is indeed effectively working for me. I am grateful to be able to try out this product, but if I received it in December or January, maybe then I could offer a valid review, when the weather is NOT assisting with providing daily hot flashes, and night sweats !

Great product

I tried this product, I was hesitant at first. I only have one kidney and there are a lot of things I can’t take so I talked to my doctor and she said it would be ok to take. I tried it and it seems to be working some, I most definitely will be purchasing this and continue to take it to see how much it relieves in the next few months. I give it 5 stars.

Effective

I got this as a free product to try by Butterly. I'm in my late 40's and this helped alleviate some of my issues. It helped with my night sweats effectively. In turn I was able to sleep better, which is always a big help. My hot flashes seemed to quiet down more as well. All in all, this is a very good product.

Great womens support supplemeny

I liked using the Promensil Menopause supplement. I am 46 and have been experiencing frequent hot flashes and night sweats that are really bothersome. I loved that this supplement was small and easy to take. You only need to take 1 a day. I really liked that it had calcium and was clinically proven. I like that it has a lot of womens health benefits such as supporting the heart. Skin, hair, libido. I also liked that these were hormone free. I would highly recommend Promensil for women having hot flashes, night sweats. And other peri/menopausal symptoms.

Menopause relief

I used as directed and it lessen my symptoms of menopause a little but not enough to continue usage and with side effects. May do better for others but not for me.
