Works pretty well. I don’t get all the headaches I have been getting and I am sleeping a whole lot better. They are easy to take and don’t upset my stomach. They don’t have a flavor and they smell mildly like tea.

This product does reduce hot flashes to a point, but it doesn't stop them completely. I was a little disappointed that the hot flashes kept coming despite taking this pill. No side effects experienced with it.

Didn’t work for me

I honestly don’t think it really did anything for me. I took it in the morning and didn’t really notice a difference. I don’t know if I need to take it longer.

Helped my Hot Flashes!

After about 4 weeks of consistent use, I have noticed a significant reduction in the frequency and intensity of my hot flashes and night sweats. I still get them occasionally, but they are so much more manageable! I’m now able to sleep better at night, without waking up multiple times. I love the fact that it’s a natural supplement based on ingredients like red clover isoflavones that don’t come with the side effects of HRT. Overall I feel like my emotional and physical wellbeing has improved substantially better, making each and every day just a little better!

Promensil Menopause Support Tablets

I had been having hot flashes and occasional night sweats consistently in perimenopause when I signed up to receive and review this product. At that time, I assumed I would be dealing with these symptoms for some time to come since I hadn't even gotten to menopause yet. I thought it would help to take these tablets to minimize these symptoms (night sweats and hot flashes). Then I hit a period where I was not experiencing these symptoms (where I also had no periods), and the product came. I did wait until my symptoms of hot flashes returned (while having some spotting) and started taking one tablet per night. Initially, taking these, it did seem to lessen the intensity of my returned hot flashes, and then I stopped having hot flashes (while still having a bit of spotting). I have continued to take these nightly. I am almost done taking the supply of tablets I received. Currently, I am having no hot flashes or night sweats (and no spotting). Once I am done with the supply I have, I would consider buying them if my hot flashes and night sweats returned and were strong and often. Because I had a period of time just before taking these of no symptoms, I am not sure I am the best case to evaluate their effectiveness. I can say that I do sometimes have a hard time swallowing pills and these were not hard to take/swallow for me.

Good support but room for improvement

I’ve been using this premenopausal vitamin for one month now and overall, it’s been pretty good—not amazing, but not bad either. It’s helped a bit with energy and mood swings, which I definitely appreciate, but there are a few downsides that keep it from being a 5-star product for me.
