I have been taking the Promensil Double Strength Menopause Hot Flash-Night Sweats pills for the past month and have seen some improvement over the other supplements I was previously taking. My hot flashes are a little less frequent and the severity of my night sweats has decreased.

Didn't Experience Any Relief

I used Promensil for menopause for one month and did not experience any of the relief that which it is suppossed to cure. I am not sure if the product needs more than one month to work, but I appreciated the opportunity to try it. The pills are easy to swallow in a gel format, and you only have to take t gel capsule per day. It is suppossed to have a result of reducing hot flashes by 73 percent and prevent night sweats by 72 percent. I did not receive any such releif from mine. This is made using red clover extract.

did nothing for me

I tried Promensil USA for 30 days to try and help with my perimenopause systems. Unfortunately it did not do anything at all to help. The mood swings and hot flashes are still miserable.

I am surprised with how well Promensil works. I have less bloating and fatigue. I don't even experience hot flashes anymore. These are easy to take with a balanced meal. It really helps all the symptoms from menopause.

Great ingredients

The ingredients in this supplement very good in my opinion. Red clover is interesting and had never known it was available to help with night sweats during menopause. It seemed to help fairly quickly which was great.. but I did have some night sweats still happening. Definitely made them lesser and I'd recommend giving this a try! Easy to swallow and didn't upset my stomach, I did take it with food.

Disappointed

I'm sorry to report that this product didn't provide any relief for my hot flashes. I'm 66 and have been suffering from hot flashes for about 10 years. I was looking for a miracle but unfortunately this wasn't it.

Unsure of Effectiveness

I took this, just as told, and I am not sure what this medicine does. It changed nothing for me! Still uncomfortable from PMS! 😭 I don't think I will be recommending it to anyone.
