Worked okay

Helps A Little Bit

I tried Promensil for a month a slight improvement in daytime hot flash frequency and intensity. However, my nighttime hot flashes and sweating did not improve; I'm still awakened nightly by hot flashes, and/or sweats. On the box, the directions say that "most will see a difference in 6-8 weeks," so it seems strange to me that the box only contains 30 tablets.
Although it's nice to only have to take a tablet once a day, I suspect that 2 pills in divided doses would be more effective. Even though I didn't get as much relief as I would like, I would still recommend the product because some relief is better than none! I also know that natural products can take longer to work.

Has made definite improvement.

I have to say I was quite shocked how well these helped my night sweats and hot flashes. I won't lie and say this stopped them completely. I normally will wake up 6-7 times while sleeping having my night sweats. I would say I'm waking up 2-3 times now. My hot flashes are out of control and I have an autoimmune disease that has heat intolerance so you'd compounds my hot flashes. I'll say I've seen about a 50% improvement. I'll say this gives me Miracle in capsules. For the improvement I've seen I'll take your as a win win!

Menopause Support with Added Health Benefits

After taking Promensil for one month, I’ve started to notice some relief from menopause symptoms. I’ve been taking the recommended one tablet per day. The tablets are midsize but coated, so they’re easy enough to swallow. They don’t leave any aftertaste and haven’t upset my stomach.

I like that they include added health benefits like calcium. It’s nice to know I’m getting more than just symptom relief in one supplement. While I know results can take time, I’m encouraged by the improvements I’ve felt so far and plan to continue using them. So far, so good.

Not for me. But, maybe for you.

I was really hoping that this would help with my menopausal symptoms. But I honestly haven't noticed any difference. With that being said, I think that everybody is different. And what may work for some, may not work for others. For the price, it isn't bad to give it a try.

I am not yet benefiting
