Yes! Finally something that helps. It made my hot flashes so much more bearable, and the emotional things not as bad. It also helped with the down there issues that going into/through menopause. I am so thankful for receiving this to review. I have recommended it to a few ladies in my family. Now I have to go search where it's sold. It is definitely worth purchasing. I am 44 and had to have a double mastectomy in 2018 and a hysterectomy. So I've been struggling bad, I have tried another medication that I was told to try because my doctor said "I'm to young for menopause" . Thank you for this!

Relief

I tried this product for menopausal relief but didn’t relieve as much as I was expecting. It helped maybe 25% so didn’t find very effective. It did help reduce hot flashes some though

Felt the same no change. Would i purchase no would i recommend no. No at fan and felt no absolutely no changes at all. So no happy with his,but then again its a hit or miss what,may,work foe you amy not for me.

Somewhat Helpful

I have been having a difficult time dealing with my newfound menopause symptoms. I wake up in the middle of the night all sweaty, and then have issues with getting back to sleep. Often simply getting up at 3 or 4 in the morning because tossing & turning wasn't helping. I've been taking this for almost a month and I no longer wake up sweating, and only occasionally do I wake up in the middle of the night. I'm thankful for the help, and hopefully I'll continue to sleep better throughout the night.
