I am almost through with the 30 day Promensil Double Strength Menopause Support Tablets. When I missed a couple days of taking this supplement is when I discovered that it was working when taken consistently. It has reduced my daily hot flashes. No night sweats, which were minimal before taking tablets. Hot flashes are the worst so any reduction in this symptom is a win for me. I've been taking Promensil Double Strength for a few weeks, hoping it would help with my menopause symptoms. Unfortunately, l haven't noticed much of a difference. I'm still having restless nights and getting hot flashes on and off. I was really hoping for some relief, but this just didn't work for me. Everyone's body is different, but I personally didn't see the results I was looking for. However, I only tried this for a month so maybe I need to take it longer to see any effectiveness.
