Great for night sweats!

I am currently in perimenopause and have had terrible night sweats for awhile now. Since taking this supplement they have been much less and practically nonexistent. I have also found that my cramps during my last period were lessened a lot. I will definitely continue to take this.

Awesome relief

Works ok for me

So, this did help some with the hot flashes and night sweats, however, I'll be buying more to keep taking it to get a better idea. Sometimes, it can take 6 to 8 weeks for a product to work. Take one a day for 30 days and see if it helps you.
