Not effective

This product was not effective with the hot flashes at all. I was really hoping to get some relief with night sweats and hot flashes but there was no relief to be had.

Easy to swallow menopausal relief

I took this medication for a month alto give an honest review. This product did work for me, it erased the uncontrollable sweating thar happens at different times of the day . I also experienced a much better sleep.

Seems to have some benefits

I was given the opportunity to try this product, and have been experiencing some perimenopause symptoms, so was happy to give it a try. After a month of use, I have not experienced any negative effects that I can attribute to the product, and even seem to have received some benefits. Mood swings were an issue, and my mood seems to have leveled out somewhat, and I have been sleeping well. I would recommend giving this product a try to relieve symptoms after consulting with your doctor.

Wonderful idea but be careful with product warning

I was super excited to give this product a try as I'm definitely struggling with the symptoms of perimenipause but unfortunately the warnings on the bottle state to not use for many reasons, one being if you have a predisposition to breast cancer. Unfortunately I am high risk after loosing my mother to breast cancer so I was advised not to take it. That being said I would highly recommend to anyone that can safely use! We need more products on the market to help with perimenopause ❤️

Not happy

Thank you for opportunity to try this product but unfortunately I couldn't finish it because I'm concerned about non-medicinal ingredients. I'm in age when I have to think what I'm putting in my body. I believe promensil medicinal ingredients are good but other ingredients like corn oil, iron dioxide etc...

Promensil Perimenopause

Was excited to receive product to try, as it pertains to my time of life!
It was a FREE 30 day supply of, Promensil Perimenopause.
I did notice an affect starting to help symptoms, near the end of the 30 day usage.
Which to me would make me feel inclined that the product would continue to work & hopefully progressively get better with siding symptoms to nil or minimal.

Wasn't what i was expecting

I'm 45, and been told I am perimenopausal, so i had high hopes for this product. Unfortunately it fell short. I don't know if a month isn't long enough, or having fibromyalgia, but i did not notice any difference in my hot flashes, brain fog, sleep cycles, or loss of hair. Maybe a bigger supply than one month may have been better, but i can't say for sure. I wish this had been an answer for my perimenopausal symptoms, but it wasn't

Works well

So this is a great product to help with those annoying symptoms of perimenopause. Took a bit of time for it to get working but it eventually did. Don't expect an instantaneous result.
The ingredients list was interesting to read up on. There's one that can possibly cause breast cancer which frightened me .
So I think I will just deal with the hot flashes , seems a better choice fir me.

Product didn’t work

I really had high hopes for this product. I took it religiously and didn’t notice any changes. I was still experiencing the hot flashes. I am still experience hair loss.
I was really hoping it would help but it didn’t.

Every little bit helps

Was skeptical at first but after 2 nights helped reduce my hot flashes & reduced my night sweats significantly. Also helped eith my digestive heath as well. I didn't bloat as bad.
