Not Overly Impressed

I am a 52 year old woman who has noticed many changes in my body these past few years. Most concerning for me is the thinning hair. I also have brittle nails, high cholesterol and restless sleep. I have not yet experienced hot flashes. I did not find this did anything to change any of these things. For that reason I would not be able to recommend this product.

Didn't do much for my symptoms

I was sent the product to help out with perimenopause symptoms. I took it for the alloted # of days, finished the bottle off. By the end I only noticed one thing that may have improved. My hair fall - losing hair - amount seemed to have lessened. Otherwise, I still had sleep issues and no change to energy. I don't have brain fog so can't advise on that. So, my thoughts are not worth it if only have a few symptoms. Maybe try it if you have a lot of symptoms to see if it'll help improve them as it's easy to take & has no taste.

It’s okay

Its effectiveness is mediocre or probably because I don’t have half the symptoms at the moment. For the symptoms I am experiencing it is not really helping in reducing them.

Promensil - it didn't work for me

A simple pill to take daily, for a month before effects would show.

So I took it! It tastes terrible, like most pills, if you have it in your mouth too long, ha ha. But then that's your fault.

Other than that, it was easy and simple. Take one every day. Supposed to lessen or erase those peri-menopause symptoms.
I just have those hot flashes, a few times a day. Usually in the morning.
Unfortunately, even after a month of taking these supplements, I did not see any difference.
Perhaps I was not a good candidate, or perhaps my symptoms were not severe enough to see a difference!

Not for me

I did not notice any difference while taking this product. I took the entire bottle and did not notice any improvement in my symptoms. I’m 68 so in fairness to the product it could be I’m too old for this to work.

Good for overall health

I didn't feel a difference in my overall health or symptoms from perimenopause. I noticed my hair grew a lot faster afterbtaking these supplements for the recommended time. I wouldn't buy them

Not for me

I received this product free in an exchange for a review.

I tried this for 30 days and there were some cons and some pros.

Pro:
- better sleep
- no night sweats

Cons:
- my hair starting falling out in chunks
-extended my period by days

Overall, I do not recommend this product. The thing is, every woman is different and this product may work wonders for you, it just didn’t for me. The hair loss was significant and was alarming.
Not having the night sweats was nice but the extended period was not.

bye bye hot flashes, hello crazy insomnIa

It worked great on my hot flashes, i only had one, but it gave me horrible insomnia. You can't function on only 2-3 hours of sleep a night for weeks at a time.

Not effective

I was hopeful to find some relief from anxiety or other issues related to perimenopause but felt absolutely no change and I took it religiously every day.
