Amazing perimenopausel product

I was taking valerian root before trying this product. Both above say they help with sleep and hot flashes. Personally I found this product more effective with both hot flashes/night sweats and sleep. I cannot say it has helped with anxiety/stress but I suffer from ptsd, anxiety and depression so I really didn't expect it to help or at least enough for me to notice. I haven't experienced any side affects from using this product. I should also add that I love that this product is made from natural ingredients as I am trying to get off of as many "pharmaceutical " drugs as possible. Only negative is I wish this was more affordable

It helps but not a cure

Don’t get this product thinking you will be rid of all your perimenopause symptoms! However, in my case, it has helped alleviate some symptoms, which makes everyday life a little easier to handle, so I am grateful! This product was especially helpful with reducing my jittery legs at night and with lowering the intensity of my night sweats. Night sweats are terrible and disrupt my sleep so it’s nice that the intensity is lowered, and my sleep is a bit better. I will continue to use this product to see if there’s are additional benefits in the long run, but may consider taking the extra strength version.

I have found that my sleep and overall focus have been better since using these pills. I’m in the start of perimenopause and my symptoms have started progressing but I feel like using these supplements will help me manage.

It work well it help with my night sweats didn’t noticed much of a chain regarding weight. fairly priced perhaps if I had a longer than a month I probably see some significant changes didn’t have any side effects, which was great

Not for me

I’ve been using this pre-menopausal medication for a few weeks now, and unfortunately, I don’t feel like it’s been effective for me. I was hoping for some relief from the common symptoms like hot flashes, mood swings, and sleep disruptions, but I haven't noticed any significant improvement. The hot flashes are still there, and I’m still struggling with energy levels and sleep issues. I had high hopes for this product, but it just hasn’t delivered the results I was expecting. Everyone’s body is different, so it may work for others, but for me, it’s been disappointing.

Promensil Permenopause Supplement

I have been going through some personal difficulties for the past few months and really noticed that I've not been feeling like myself. Game changer

I was very happy to get a chance to try Promensil Perimenopause and it arrived at the perfect time. I often hear people say that you reach a certain age and things start to happen immediately and that is so true. I started using this product right away and after a few days I could see a marked improvement with night sweats and hot flashes. I also found I was sleeping better which was a bonus. I'll continue to use this product going forward as I really find it works. As with all supplements please make sure to read the label and make sure it's ok for you to use!

Significantly Reduced Night Sweats

I found it helped significantly reduce night sweats and restlessness at night. The capsules were easy to swallow and found they really worked. It also helped to reduce anxiety as I wasn’t waking up in the middle of the night with hot flashes and was able to have a more uniform sleep.
