I did not notice any difference while taking this product. I took the entire bottle and did not notice any improvement in my symptoms. I’m 68 so in fairness to the product it could be I’m too old for this to work.

Breast cancer warning for product

Was happy to receive this product free to try but was leery about taking it due to the warning to not do so if there is a family history of breast cancer. For a product that’s seemingly all natural ingredients it was concerning for me so I opted to not take the product after getting it.

I didn't take it, I gave it to my mom. My mom said didn't feel any changes but the only thing was she slept well like never before. Her moods was great. Thank you for the letting my mom try this product.

Genuinely REMARKABLE Product‼️‼️

This is an HONESTLY REMARKABLE Health Enhancing product!! As a nurse - I am generally skeptical of a Brand's stated claims, unless I try a product/service for Myself before I would Ever recommend to another person!! Relief

Worth the try

I received this product free to try in exchange for my honest review.
I have reached the age of perimenopause and have been here for almost 4 years now. In addition to hot flashes and sleeplessness, I have also found my hair thinning and that I have weaker nails.  As my medical doctors just said to grin and bear it, I thankfully received a bottle of Promensil to try for 30 days. Although 30 days is not nearly enough time to determine if it works well, I was determined to give it a try. Promensil is plant-based, hormone-free and readily available without a prescription. All key factors in my opinion as I don't like taking medication.

The Promensil pill is small and easy to swallow. I took it every day for 30 days and even though I didn't notice a drastic change I did notice a few positive things that make me want to continue to take it to see if it will help more. In the 30 days, I noticed that I had significantly less hot flashes. That in itself is worth exploring more as hot flashes aren't the most pleasant thing in the world. Although I didn't notice any change in my hair, the change in my nails are crazy. My nails are ridiculously hard now. I don't think I've ever had such strong nails before. I didn't notice any difference to any other claims the bottle says it does (Hot flashes/night sweats, bone/heart health, nervousness/anxiety, sleeplessness, loss of hair/skin/nails) ) however experiencing a reduction in hot flashes is 100% worth exploring Promensil more. This is my experience only and your results may differ but for me, Promensil did help me and I will purchase again.

Great but not great

The product does help ease menopause symptoms but it is not that effective. Specifically it has some side effects such as making one have the urge to pee more and the inability to hold it. It also caused me to have stomach pain. So it’s like debating whether to ease the symptoms or also have some unexpected side effects as well. It helped with hair loss which is good but overall it did not make me feel good and I do not have any health conditions so I am not sure why this happened but it was the pill because I do not consume anything else for this to happen.

Great new formula

I have been excited to try this new, improved product from Promensil. It’s for perimenopause but, unlike most other products, it has a few key ingredients that I feel will make a big difference. Its main ingredient is Ted Clover but it also has Passionflower, vitamin D and biotin! I’ve only been taking it for a week and I’m sleeping better but I feel after a month I will truly notice it’s benefits 😊.
I did some research on the ingredients and feel they target my main issues with perimenopause. Fingers crossed!!!

Promising Product Despite Limited Testing Time

I received a month’s supply of Promensil for perimenopause symptoms and after the first week and a half I noticed I was having fewer hot flashes than before and they didn’t seem to last as long either. I also experienced some improvement with sleep disturbances during the month I was taking this product. So thumbs up on making those two symptoms better, but I really think a second month or longer is needed to give Promensil enough time to show its full benefits.

Help for symptoms

This is my first try to use Promensil and did find a difference. Not so many sweats, and better sleep at night. My cholesterol numbers have improved so i believe that this supplement is helping. I will continue to use and recommend to others
