Review of free product (Promensil)

I received a free sample of this product for review. I took it for a month and did not find that it made a difference in my symptoms. I went so far as to purchase the extra strength the following month and it did not alleviate my post menopausal symptoms. That is not to say that it would not help someone else. I think that it is worth trying as not everyone responds the same way.

I received this to try for free for 30 days. After taking it for the required amount of time I did not see any change in my symptoms. This product may not be right for me but could be good for you !

I had found some relief from these. I notice less hot flashes. Just mild hot flashes nothing to complain about.
I did notice improvements in my anxiety level and I slept better.

Allergic, caused vomiting!

Each time I took it, caused vomiting and stomach pain. Had to stop taking it.
Was easy to swallow, unfortunately got a reaction to it.

Great addition to daily routine

I received this product as a free sample. After taking this product I noticed my overall quality of sleep seemed to improve after a few weeks ( eg: waking up less). Although it didn't fix my insomnia completely, it definitely helped. In addition to feeling calmer during the day. I was skeptical at first but think it really worked and if taken longer I may notice even better results.

Worth a try

I received my free product of Promensil not too long ago and just finished the bottle last night. I think i may need to try the product a little longer as some nights I had absolutely no perimenopausal symptoms and other nights when I did, they were not as bad as they used to be.

I didn’t feel relief

I’ve been trying this for a while now, I’ve been in perimenopause for quite a few years much earlier than I would’ve expected, as told to me by my doctor. I’m not sure if maybe it’s cause I’m only in early menopause. I don’t have constant and severe symptoms, which is why I said I may be recommend this to a friend. Because I feel like my experience isn’t a good representation of how this product could possibly work. My worst symptom right now is night sweats. I wake up just drenched, I go to bed cold and I wake up 1,000,000°. And I didn’t experience any relief with taking this product. I don’t really have any other symptoms to base it on.

It's a good product. Does it help yes. It has helped me with sleep, I still don't get the 8 hours but I am now getting a sold 5.
I feel if I take it longer I may see more results.

Great Product

This product what is says if you are going through perimenopause, it helped with my hot flashes and night sweats. It helped me sleep better at night. I have been going through perimenopause symptoms for many years and this products has done wonders for me it’s help me be a woman again
