It helped with a lot of the side effects

This was my first time trying something for my menopause and it helped take the edge off of hot flashes and bloating I had issues with. I noticed that they happened less frequently and werent as adverse on me. The bloating still occurred but it happened less around the time I took these and when I ate healthier. These worked great with no ill side effects for me as well! Truly easy to take and worth the shot!

Felt nauseous

I don’t know if it was a sheer coincidence or the product actually made me nauseated, but from the 2nd week on I did not feel well. I never actually threw up but felt as if I could.

I didn't really notice anything besides I was a bit less tired than usual. I was still moody and could not regulate my temperature. I like that it's not a medicine full of chemicals

Really works

Looked interesting but wasn't worth it

I did not notice much relief from the few symptoms that I thought was caused from perimenopause. I am only 42 years old and I was told by many people that they think that was the issue. So, to be honest this may work wonders when I really need it but if your not yet at that stage of life, don't use it.

I really was surprised at how well this helped the symptoms I've been experiencing. Really sad that I'm now out of it though, plan on purchasing more once I'm out of my in between jobs situation. Would recommend!

Does not help

I took this as directed but unfortunately i didn’t feel any relief for my hot flashes, mood swings. I was hoping for something to help with the night sweats
