Really helps reducing symptoms.

I have been waking up with night sweats like no tomorrow. It’s absolutely awful. Some hot flashes too. It’s terrible. Most of the women in my family started early. I’m approaching 36 and I think my time is starting to come. I have noticed a decrease in my night sweats and hot flashes. Which is nice. For some reason - and maybe this is common - but when I get the hot flashes it triggers bad anxiety in me.
I also had never been someone who got “moody” around my period, but the past year or two I’ve noticed it causing me to have mood swings more frequently. Being very snappy and emotional. I’ve noticed a decrease in those symptoms as well I was skeptical about this product but had been eyeing it. Happy to have been able to receive some complimentary. I’ll continue using this product.

Finally, something that actually works!

I was hesitant to try another supplement, but I am so glad I gave Promensil a go. It’s been very gentle on my system but effective at keeping my perimenopause symptoms in check. I feel much more balanced throughout the day. Definitely worth every penny and will be purchasing again!
