Just Ok

I used this for a month. I was having hot flashes and night sweats. The product was easy to swallow it’s not a huge supplement, I did notice night sweats eased up a bit and I wasn’t having as many hot flashes I still get them but not as intense. I would recommend to try it to see if it works since everyone’s body is different.

Great Product!

I really was pleased with the product after receiving it for free in exchange for a review. It helped my symptoms of perimenopause symptoms. It helped me sleep better and it also made my hot flashes be not as bad. It really helped and I reccomend this product.

I noticed a reduction in my heat retention when I’m awake and asleep. However, I don’t think I took it long enough to notice a change in my hair, skin, and nails.

Have not felt a difference

I can't honestly say I have felt an improvement in any perimenopausal symptoms or physical improvements with my hair, skin or nails, despite finishing the box.

Unfortunately did not experience any impact

While I was really (really) hopeful for these to improve the joyful and ever changing symptoms of perimenopause, I personally did not feel they made a significant difference in the way I felt.

Not bad

I am unfortunately creeping up to that age where menopause is a thing. I got this free package of Promensil to try out. This one is for perimenopause which is what I’m starting to have. I’ve noticed that I am sleeping a little better. But I believe I’d have to take this at least for three months to see any real results.

Did nothing

This unfortunately did nothing to help with my pemrimenopause systems. I took them like the package suggested daily. I really wanted these to help but they did nothing.

Excellent Benefits

I have been taking this supplment for over 30 days. i have notied a decrease in PMS signs and symptoms. I have also noticed my nails growing back stronger and quicker. My hair seems shinier .

Amazing Product for Menopausal systems

This product is by far one of my favorites and I absolutely hate that I am out. Yall gave me two different kinds of these medications for me to try and I absolutely couldn't be more happy and greatly appreciative. This product helped me so super much and I do NOT want to live without it. I have to get me some more ASAP. It's that fantastic/amazing! Yall are doing a tremendous job on this product for sure and im so happy it was introduced to me. One simple pill every morning is when I took it and my night sweats, moodiness are subsided and not to mention just how I absolutely just feel so normal on this product. This is absolutely a tough time to go thru, but with yalls products, it makes everything soooooo much better. I cant thank yall enough truly. Thanks so super much for absolutely everything.
